Hang Harper, CPA
Hang began her career as an accountant with the California firm of Poole, Foster and Dul in 2001. Hang sharpened her skills as a business and individual taxation specialist.

Hang earned a Bachelor's degree from Cal State Fullerton, and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2003.

In 2013, Hang was one of 57 women honored by State Senator Lou Correa as one of the "Women Making a Difference" in Orange County.

Hang is a native of Vietnam and fluent in Vietnamese. She is active in the Fountain Valley community and volunteers at Courreges Elementary School, where her three sons attend school. When she is not doing taxes or caring for her three sons, Hang enjoys walking and playing piano.

Patrick Harper, CPA
Patrick has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988. He is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability. His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard.

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Patrick then went on to become a Certified Public Accountant, and followed with 20 years experience in private industry as Controller and Chief Financial Officer at startup companies as well as large multinational public companies.

Patrick has served on the Planning Commission of the City of Fountain Valley since 2014 and also
served on the Board of Directors for the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce from 2012-2014.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys coaching AYSO soccer, tennis, golf, and spending time with his children Curtis, Colin and Clint.

Hang and Patrick joined forces in 2010 to form Harper & Harper. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their clients.
